Charles A. Reger & Associates, Inc. is an independent private practice specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss and tinnitus. We see all age groups and accept referrals from physicians, home health agencies, vocational rehabilitation agencies and from individuals themselves. We are providers for many insurances, including but not limited to Medicare, IN Medicaid, Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, etc. We are also one of three preferred hearing care providers for hourly employees and retirees of AM General.
