Charles A. Reger, M.A., Audiologist/Owner
Chuck Reger has been an Audiologist for 25 years – all in the independent private practice setting. Prior to these most recent experiences, he was an administrator for a non-profit speech and hearing center in South Central Ohio. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Xavier University and has two graduate degrees from the University of Cincinnati and The Ohio State University.
He finds the small business/private practice model ideal for the patient that wants superior hearing healthcare. With his guiding hand, there is a philosophy of attention to detail, generosity of time, state-of-the-art test and treatment capabilities and carefully selected support staff – all woven together to provide a tapestry of superior care and end result.
Chuck Reger lives in South Bend, IN and spends his free time maintaining his 100 + year old historic home with his wife, Kathy, along with golf and biking. He is also a passionate fan of Notre Dame football and Notre Dame women’s basketball. Chuck and Kathy have two children, a daughter and a son along with a granddaughter who is the apple of their eye!
Trish Kaminski, Office Assistant/Director of 1st Impressions
Trish began working at Charles A. Reger & Associates, Inc, in June, 2011. Her duties include reception, telephone, scheduling, billing, transcription, record keeping, processing new hearing instruments/repairs, shipping, maintaining supplies, correspondence, marketing, patient relations, quarterly newsletter editor, insurance issues, maintaining patients’ records
Throughout her career, Trish has worked for much larger offices and finds it more rewarding to work here. One-on-one contact with the patients is one thing that she really enjoys – that personal touch! Her philosophy is that each patient is a person who deserves to be treated as if they were the only one. You can count on Trish to have a smile on her face, a kind word and a listening ear for everyone.
Trish is a ‘certified’ rose addict. She has over 200 rose bushes around her yard and finds it quite therapeutic caring for them. During blooming season you can always count on vases of these beautiful roses being around. Trish is one proud grandmother to 6 absolutely amazing grandchildren – three girls and three boys. These 6 own her heart completely and she loves spending as much time as possible with them.
Obvious hobbies are her roses and working out in the garden but don’t be shocked if you see her out riding her motorcycle most days.
